Vender Information

The annual Sage-N-Sun Festival is a screened show. We select venders based on the merchandise or food they plan to sell. We do this in order to prevent duplication and give each vender an equal opportunity to make a profit.

 If you would like the chance to be selected to participate in our festival you need to follow the following procedure.

Arts & Crafts/Commercial

 You must furnish a list of all items you wish to sell, and please supply the following information:

Name of Organization/Business

Contact Person      &       Phone Number

Complete Mailing Address

 If you are selected to be a part of our festival you will be sent the necessary paper work to make it happen.

Food Vender

If you would like to be a food vender you need to send us a complete list of the food and drink items you wish to sell. You also need to send us the size of your booth (length and width) along with a diagram showing the locations of the door and serving area. We have limited power available so we need to know your power and water requirements. We will also need your name phone number and complete mailing address; as stated above.
